We made it to Uzbekistan! So, the next three postings are the pictures for the long posting before without pictures(3 days worth) ... This set is from our landing and the first day in Turkmenistan.
2012 LARRAVE TRANSASIA MOTORCYCLE TRIP
These are the stories from Rene Larrave (father) and Alexandra Larrave (daughter) as they travel from Istanbul, Turkey, to Vladivostok, Russia, on a motorcycle exploring ancient silk road sites and beyond. This trip will take them through Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Russia and Mongolia from June 20, 2012, to the end of August 2012.
